Photos of each room, any damage, and any areas needing attention allow me to confirm the project specification before work begins. This also helps identify any repairs, stain‑blocking, damp, mould, nicotine, wallpaper, or woodwork issues that may require additional work. The more detail you can provide, the more precise your quote will be, and it ensures the property meets the agreed project standards when I arrive on site.

Additional charges

Where a property needs more work (or a higher standard of finish) plaster rectification, skimming, large stain blocking, mist coating, woodwork rectification, paint stripping, lots of caulking, large floor/carpet protection or luxury paints these are NOT INCLUDED in our standard prices and will be quoted for separately.

A full inspection of the property will be made before work commences to ensure the property meets the agreed projects specifications.
